Student Reporting Labs fellow Evan Gulock produced an inspiring piece about southwest Detroit's jewel, the Clark Park Coalition. Clark Park offers recreational, educational, and mentoring programs to help Detroit's youth develop into responsible, self-confident adults. PBS NewsHour also featured Clark Park last night.
